WHAT CAUSES OF AT-Tauba / AL-BARA’AH NOT USE BASMALAH

Surat At-Tauba also often referred to the letter of Al-Bara’ah, indeed its natural state does not begin with the reading Bismillahir basmalah-Rahmanir-Rahim as in the letters of Al-Quran else, this shows the authenticity of the Qur’an which we now read is equal to the Quran which was written and recorded at the time of the Prophet Muhammad.

This situation raises the question, why not write and does not start with Bismillah? or equal to the question, why start another letter begins with Bismillah?
